20 min sketch of the characters Harry Dresden and Karen Murphy. From the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher.
Harry's a licenced wizard (he's in the yellow pages).... Karen's a cop (head of the special investigations in the Paranormal unit) The work together to catch all kinds of baddies. I just finished book two a week ago and am waiting for book three...but I won't get it for a while... ARGGG! It's ADDICTING! Anyway, this is a 20 min representation of how they look in my head. I decided to do it in dark blue and gray hues because the big events often happen at night. In the first book Harry does something really cool with lightning... you'll have to read. I've been wanting to quick sketch them since I started reading about three weeks ago. The Dresden Files, Harry Dresden, Karen Murphy all belong to Jim Butcher. If Aaron had let me I would have read the first book in one day...instead I read it in three.
This isn't exactly how I see them, Harry is more handsome...OH! and I forgot the stubble.

I would say it's one of my all time favorites already.
I'm not a 'table top' player, but my brother and some of our family friends are. Actually, one of them introduced the series to the whole group. We've all been reading it.
Although they are all up to date and I just started book three.
I did take a look at the link anyway.
They actually are all writers and make their own worlds then play in them. It's fun to listen to because of the description. Like listening to a book being written.
